Cécile PELTIER-GAUCI is Counsel in charge of the Real Estate Department at Zabaldano Avocats, Monaco.
She has over 22 years of experience in Monegasque law and acts for international and local clients including banks, promoters, constructors, real estate companies, landlords and tenants and insurance companies.
Cécile has acquired a solid experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as real estate matters, with a particular focus on construction, real estate development and commercial leases. Her experience includes notably securitisation and enforcement proceedings, drafting and negotiating leases, as well as all types of civil or administrative real estate litigations.
Cécile joined the firm in 2012 after working as an associate for several years in law firms in Monaco and France. She now runs the Real Estate and Construction, recovery procedures and enforcement team which is continually expanding.
She provides an array of expert legal services including project support, advice, dispute resolution and litigation in all real estate and construction matters and her team can offer a complete and comprehensive service handling complex cases acting in the clients long-term interests.
