Valerie Mufraggi is Counsel in charge of the Employment law division in Zabaldano Avocats
With over 12 years of experience in Monegasque law and 19 years previously working as a lawyer and associate in France, Valerie is a recognized expert for her professionnalism and thoroughness in handling complex employment cases.
She advises local and international companies and individuals in all matters of employment law. She intervenes upstream during the negotiation of employment contracts, throughout their execution and when they are terminated, both in individual disputes and in collective disputes. She constantly searches for the most suitable solution to the problems submitted and ensures that the risks are minimized. Her solid skills also allow her to conduct negotiations during collective redundancy plans and to be the intermediary with the Monegasque administration authorities.
Valérie regularly gives advice on all employment-related issues such as teleworking, non-competition clauses, work accidents, retirement, etc.
Valerie joined the firm in 2011. She now runs the Employment law team which is continually expanding.
She also supervises bodily injury litigation as well as work-related accidents matters.
