Alizée Rolin is a Junior Associate in the Business Law Advisory Department.
Alizée joined the Business Law Department in Zabaldano Lawyers in May 2023, after gaining experience in a law firm in Marseille.
She graduated from Aix-en-Provence university with a Master’s degree in Company law, accounting and taxation.
Working alongside Nicolas Robert, she specializes in corporate law, commercial law and business contracts.
She assists clients with acquisitions and transfers, incorporations and shareholdings for investors wishing to set up in the Principality, as well as with corporate governance issues (shareholders’ agreements, executive compensation, etc.).
