Ludiwine AUBERT

Ludiwine AUBERT is a Senior Associate in the Social Law Department at Zabaldano Avocats, Monaco.

She mainly works in the field of labor law, providing advice, handling transactions, and litigating cases.
Trained in litigation, Ludiwine also assists clients in individual and collective disputes to defend them and protect their interests.

She is involved in all aspects of advisory and litigation matters relating to labor law and social security law.

Ludiwine previously practiced as a labor lawyer, mainly in Monaco, within French law firms specializing in labor and social security law.

With more than 12 years of experience as a lawyer in law firms specializing in labor law in France, Ludiwine joined Zabaldano Avocats in September 2025.
