Iman holds a Master in Economic and Business Law, completed by a Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies. After a first successful experience in a French law firm acquired within the Intellectual Property and Information Technology department, Iman joined the Advisory Department of ZABALDANO in November 2022. She works alongside Fabrice GARCIN to advise a clientele composed of managers and companies.
She mainly deals with cases relating to company law, contract law and intellectual property, with a particular expertise in personal data protection developed during her previous professional experience in France during the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
