Alexandra VENIAT is Director of Operations at Zabaldano Avocats in Monaco.
Alexandra has over eight years of experience working in law firms in Monaco, as well as dual experience in France in both the legal field and administrative and logistical management. After practicing as an attorney at the Nice Bar, she served for many years as an administrative and logistical manager, primarily in the industrial sector.
Alexandra is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operational management to ensure performance, compliance, and service quality; coordinating and steering the practice areas; managing quality and methodology; addressing compliance and risk (AML/CFT liability, insurance, and ethics); handling internal management, productivity, and profitability; managing communication and corporate image; and driving digital transformation and tool implementation.
Alexandra joined Zabaldano Avocats in 2017 and leverages her significant legal and administrative experience to improve internal processes and provide clients with the highest quality assistance.
